(July 6, 2012) at Wellsville Manor Care Center. Mrs.
Caralis was born on July 25, 1936 in Andover to Donald R. and Mary L. (Lehman)

Business School in 1955. In 1968, she married Nicholas C. Caralis, who
predeceased her. Betty
worked in customer service for John Harland Co. in St. Petersburg, Fla. for 35

survived by a sister, Ruth (Fred) Johnson of Savona; three brothers, David
(Cookie) Kemp of Avon, Donald E. (Linda) Kemp of Branchport and Ronald R. (Jo
Beth) Kemp of Slate Hill; her dear “sisters” at Wellsville Bible Church and
several nieces, nephews and cousins. Betty
loved to draw and was an avid reader. She enjoyed special trips out with
friends for ice cream, fireworks and walking. She greeted everyone on Sunday
mornings at church with cheerfulness and spunk. Betty had a lively sense of
humor and a spirited personality that will be greatly missed. Friends
may call on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Baker-Swan Funeral Home in Andover.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home
immediately following the visitation with Rev. Daniel Kenyon of Wellsville
