Charles F. Cunningham, 67, passed away Friday (April 15, 2016) at Hart Comfort House of Allegany County.
Mr. Cunningham was born on April 6, 1949 in Buffalo; the son of his mother, Alice Morris.
Charles was a salesman for most of his career. He sold automobiles for West-Herr in Dansville for many years. Previous, he sold for Electrolux in Hornell and Chem Lawn Service in Tonawanda.
Chuck is survived by two daughters, Suzanne (Lavelle) Stokes of Palm Coast, Fla. and Michelle Cunningham of North Tonawanda; four sons, Wesley Cunningham of Buffalo, Nick (Victoria) Cunningham of West Almond, Colton Cunningham of Brockport and Luke Cunningham of East Bethany; one sister, Laura (Don) Hughes of Tex.; one brother, Timothy Fraser of Tonawanda; a special cousin, William (Judy) Mock of Toledo, Ohio, that was as close as a brother; five grandchildren, Jacob Cunningham, Carissa Brock, Amanda Stokes, Evan Cunningham an Katherine Cunningham; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by one brother, Ken Fraser.
Chuck was an avid hunter. He was a diehard New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan. In his younger days he was a NASCAR enthusiast and served as a Cub Scout leader.
There will be a time of visitation on Wednesday from 10-noon and 6-8 p.m. at Baker-Swan Funeral Home in Andover. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will follow in Valley Brook Cemetery.
